What types of people are you looking to cast for STRONG?

We are casting two types of contestants: trainer contestants and contestants who need to get in peak physical fitness…contestants who need to get STRONG.

What types of CONTESTANTS will be cast for STRONG?

There is no ideal weight. This will vary on height, current muscle mass, body fat, sex and years of training experience. But, generally speaking, if you have about 20-30 lbs to lose, we would like to hear from you!

What types of TRAINERS will be cast for STRONG?

We are casting full-time trainers with an extensive background in fitness, strength and conditioning. We are looking to cast knowledgable trainers that really know sports medicine, all the various training modalities and have lots of success stories (in addition to themselves) to prove it! Certifications are required.
